Binbrook Conservation Area

Description

Come visit Binbrook Conservation Area! You'll enjoy the Lake Niapenco reservoir, the largest inland lake in the Niagara Watershed.

People come from far and wide to fish at Binbrook. It is well known as a fishing “hot spot” and regularly hosts fishing derbies. Binbrook fishing is catch and release only. In the summer, Binbrook features a sandy beach, children’s splash pad, picnic facilities, nature trails, observation platforms and a play area. It resembles cottage country, and it’s close to home!

Bring or rent a rowboat, paddle boat or canoe, and experience scenic Binbrook from the water. Canoe along the tranquil shores of one of the few inland lakes located within the Niagara Peninsula Conservation Authority’s watershed.

Charcoal BBQs are permitted. Please ensure hot coals are deposited in the appropriate marked receptable in the day-use area.

Be sure to purchase the 2024 NaturePlus Pass for unlimited access to all conservation areas including the four flagship properties where admission rate applies. This is fantastic value for regular park visitors!
